Meer informatie beschikbaar bij de aanbieder: The totally renovated, modern and luxuriously furnished apartment with direct view to the Wildstrubel with morning to afternoon sun is located in a quietly situated superstructure. The rooms of the noise- and heat-insulated apartment are attractively furnished and yet child-friendly. In bad weather and in the evenings you can watch movies with Dolby Surround on the 75-inch TV or play games on the XBox. The large, comfortable corner sofa is a great place to snuggle up. The ping-pong table and the table soccer in the hobby room invite you to play.
The apartment is equipped throughout with luxurious real wood parquet and modern, dimmable Hue lamps. In the master bedroom, a 180cm x 200cm bed ensures a good night's sleep, while in the children's room, two 140cm x 200cm beds are available for short or long nights. New blinds ensure a comfortable sleep in. The bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower and a modern toilet. The moder kitchen with induction stove, new 4D pizza oven, microwave, Thermomix (Mr. Cuisine), Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher is open and allows contact with the family in the living room. Meals can also be taken on the large balcony. The apartment has a private parking space in the parking garage and general outdoor parking for the forest edge houses on the street. Skis, sledges and bicycles can be stored in the ski cellar. A common washing machine (coin-operated) and a drying room are open to all guests. In winter, if the snow conditions are very good, you can ride your board, sled or skis to the front door. A ski lift to the Lenk Betelberg area is 5 minutes walk from the house. The ski area Lenk-Adelboden can be reached by bus or by car in 5 minutes. Free parking is available at the valley station. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop (unfortunately the public transport conditions in Lenk are suboptimal). The ski school https://www.adrenalin.ch/index.html is within walking distance. The Swiss ski school (https://www.lenksportundevents.ch/winter.html) has the meeting point on the Stoss, which can be reached by ski and chair lift (or by car and gondola). In summer, the spacious garden area invites you to play and laze around. The indoor swimming pool with outdoor area can be reached in two minutes, the village center and the Lenkerhof in five to ten minutes on foot. Shopping facilities (Coop, bakery, butcher, cheese dairy, sports stores with rental offers) in the village can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot.
Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen included.
