Our house is only a 15-minute walk from Cala Santanyí beach and just 3 km from the picturesque town of Santanyí. Here you will find numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, as well as the popular weekly market held every Wednesday and Saturday. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera with its charming promenade.
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. Hiking and cycling on the nearby trails provide breathtaking views of the coast and the Mediterranean. For water sports enthusiasts, there are various options like snorkeling, diving, and kayaking right at Cala Santanyí beach.
Chalet Turó has two cozy bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a modern bathroom, a welcoming living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The covered terrace is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable chairs, perfect for convivial meals outdoors. Behind the house, there is a barbecue area with another covered terrace, also equipped with a table and chairs. In front of the house, there is a large above-ground pool (6.50 x 3.10 m) with a spacious terrace and comfortable loungers.
The extensive garden offers many possibilities for relaxation and entertainment – whether reading a book in the shade, enjoying a delicious meal near the house, refreshing in the above-ground pool, or playing football or badminton.
