On the ground floor of the main house, you are greeted by an open, bright living room with a cozy fireplace. Adjacent is a dining area that seamlessly transitions into a modern, open kitchen with an additional seating area. A conveniently located bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where another seating area invites you to read or relax. Four bedrooms ensure ample privacy and tranquility. An additional bathroom with a shower and a beautiful balcony that offers a splendid view complete the upper floor.
The separate pool house has another bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower, ideal for guests seeking more privacy.
The outdoor area is a true oasis of relaxation: various seating options, a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a meticulously designed garden frame the property and create an atmosphere of calm and well-being. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, iron, hair dryer, central heating, private swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: English, German), radio.
In the gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
