Welcome to Casa Joy, a beautiful Algarvian house in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. This recently renovated and fully equipped home, adorned with modern décor, offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Located within walking distance of the village center and the scenic riverside beaches, this home is the ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
With four spacious bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms, the house comfortably accommodates larger groups. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining table, a cozy sofa, and a TV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only)
• The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th to 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed ( double sofa-bed) for only €105 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
